DEMALO Sp. z o. o. was transformed from Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo Usługowe OLAMED, established on October 31, 2013 for the distribution of professional diagnostic equipment.

On the day 01.12.2021 the transformation took place Olamed Trade and Service Company w company DEMALO Ltd. in ar modevol. 584 and subsequent Acts of 15 September 2000 – Companies Code Commercial Companies Code (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1030, as amended), in accordance with Article 553 of the Commercial Companies Code, the company DEMALO Ltd. have all rights and obligations  Olamed Trade and Service Company. There was a change in the legal form of the enterprise with the complete identity of the company being transformed and transformedconej. Company DEMALO Ltd. is the continuator Olamed Trade and Service Company.

Initially, the company's leading products were Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) and with them, its involvement in the campaign Save with heart. 

As the company developed, the range of leading products expanded ECG machines, pulse oximeters, fetal heart rate detectors, blood pressure monitors, sleep monitors.

The company's constant development is the result of carefully selected products (previously independently tested by the company), long negotiations with manufacturers and sales policy.
