There should be more AED defibrillators

If they save lives, are effective, and safe, why are there still so few of them in public places? The price of an AED is no longer as exorbitant as it was a few years ago. The cost of an AED no longer accounts for a significant portion of a city's or municipal budget. Besides, when it comes to health and life, it's not worth the cost. It simply has to be there, and that's it.

In February, a man lost consciousness at the Zielona Góra Recreation and Sports Center swimming pool. After removing him from the water, rescuers immediately began resuscitation using an AED. The man was saved and is alive! A defibrillator saved a swimmer's life.

Just for this one (of many) examples, it is worth considering purchasing at least one AED defibrillator.
